Vote For Guild Logo
As some might have noticed, we have deleted the last guild logo coz it was getting...well, too common.
Now, we hope to involve all of u to select and vote for the new KaBish Guild Logo. Please take a look at the 15 logos below (click on image to see larger version) and choose ur favourites. You can make multiple selections too. Voting will end on 31 Jan 2007 and the new logo will be put up on 1 Feb 2007.

Welcome to KaBisH - Guide for New Members
All of us at KaBisH wish to extend our warmest welcome to ALL new members of this guild. We hope to become one big happy maple family who can share the happiness and joy of mapling. ^^
This is a simple guide to new members.
1) Take note of the Guild Dont's so that u dun break any rules: Guild Dont's
2) Check out who are ur fellow members and their characters in the guild: Members Listing
3) Submit ur own details, character pic and character description so that it can be uploaded into the Members Listing: Creation of Record in Members Listing
4) Check out the ranking system to find out how u can get promoted: Guild Ranking System
5) Check out the Guild Events & Guild Blog Games highlighted at the left margin of this blog. Current events and games will be highlighted - "New".
6) Read the important notices and other useful & interesting posts in this blog.
7) Last but not least, play and have fun in maple.

CREATION OF RECORD IN MEMBERS LISTING
All members are asked to submit a pic and a short description for each of their characters in our guild (ie. 1 pic+description for TiraCheese and 1 pic+description for TiraCream). Please look at the current Members Listing for some examples on the descriptions.
Please email the pics and descriptions to our guild email address: kabishms@yahoo.com.sg
There is no deadline for the submission as this Listing will be updated as and when the pics come in. But we hope that ALL would participate so that we can have a nice and pretty Member Listing.

Guild Ranking System
The current guild ranks and titles are as above. Ranks are given based on certain criteria such as a member's length of stay in guild, activeness, character/behaviour, etc. Promotion in guild will be decided and voted by the Master and Jr. Masters. However, pls note that higher rank in guild will not give u any advantages in events or games except maybe Jr. Masters will have more responsibility in guild than the rest. ^^
Below are explanation on the ranks and the criteria for each rank:
1) Master - KaBisHer
The leader and pioneer who created this guild.
* No promotion is available to any members to this level.
2) Jr. Master - JrKaBisHer
They are second-in-line to the leader. Their duties include planning activities, recruitment, promotion, expulsion and mediation among members.
* Criteria:
a) Stayed in guild for 1 yr or more
b) Active in events, games, guild chats, partying & training w fellow members
c) Has a good behaviour record as mapler (no KS, no guild wars, no bullying others, etc)
d) Chosen by Master
3) Rank 3 Member - KaBisHnian
Senior members of the guild who are active and have good behaviour record as maplers.
* Criteria:
a) Stayed in guild for abt 9 mths & above
b) Active in events, games & guild chats
c) Has a good behaviour record as mapler
d) Promotion decided and voted by Master & Jr. Masters.
4) Rank 4 Member - KaBisHteen
Ordinary members of the guild who are relatively active and have good behaviour record as maplers.
* Criteria:
a) Stayed in guild for abt 3 mths & above
b) Relatively active in events, games & guild chats
c) Has a good behaviour record as mapler
d) Promotion decided and voted by Master & Jr. Masters.
5) Rank 5 Member - KaBisHbaby
New OR Inactive members of this guild.
* Criteria:
a) New member who just joined this guild OR Members who are inactive in events, games & guild chats
b) Recruited by Master & Jr. Masters.
IMPORTANT: SINCE IT MAY BE DIFFICULT TO KEEP TRACK OF EXACT LENGTH OF STAY FOR EACH MEMBER IN GUILD, PROMOTION WILL BE CONSIDERED AT AN ESTIMATED TIME. HOWEVER, MEMBERS WHO FEEL THAT THEY MEET THE CRITERIA FOR PROMOTION CAN APPROACH THE MASTER OR JR. MASTER FOR CONSIDERATION.

Outcome of Guild Meeting 1/2007
Guild meeting was successfully held last Sat. The outcome of the meeting is as follows:
1) Recruitment of New Members
We are recruiting new members in order to make guild more lively and to have more members events and games in future. All Jr. Masters are encouraged to keep an eye out for talented and nice maplers. As in the past, members can have more than 1 character in the guild. But due to number constraint (max no. 30 in guild), a limit of 2 characters is set for each member.

2) Ranking System & Rank Titles
New ranking system & rank titles have been set during the meeting. Please read the next post for information.
3) Guild Events & Guild Blog Games
Events and blog games will be re-starting this year.
Events are targetted to take place once in 2 months (1st event of the year is estimated to be around March/April after more members have been recruited) and these events will be organized by a pair of Master/Jr. Masters. As usual, prizes will be given out for such events.
Blog games will be put up by Tira starting in February but there will be no fixed dates and so members are encouraged to check this blogsite once a while. A point system will be implemented for the ease of tracking winnings by all members and members can redeem their mesos once they reach a certain accumulated point.

Guild Meeting 1/2007 - Updates
We will be having our 1st guild meeting of the year Sat, 13 Jan at 8pm. Hope that all members who are free will turn up.
The agenda of the meeting is as follow:
1) Recruitment of new guild members & guildlines for recruitment
2) Discussion on implementation of ranking system & rank titles
3) Brainstorming ideas for guild events & guild blog games
4) Celebration on promotion of members to Jr Masters
5) Any other business
* Another post will be put up after the meeting on the outcomes discussed in the meeting.

Guild Meeting 1/2007
Hi all members, welcome to Year 2007! Amid all the rush and buzz of the new year, we hope that all of u have a great year ahead of u!
Ok, get down to business. As some of u might have known, we are trying to have our 1st guild meeting in 2007. Although the initial date of 6 Jan 2007 was chosen for the meeting, we have to rechoose a date as some are unfortunately unavailable on the date.
Therefore, I have below 2 other possible dates for the meeting and I hope that all respond and let me know which date is preferable.
Thu, 11 Jan OR Fri, 12 Jan? The meeting will be at 9pm and is likely to be short so no worries that it will go beyond 9.30pm.
Hope that we can confirm a date before next week. Please leave a message on the tagboard on the side and pass the message ard so tat it reaches Tira k! Thanks all! Hope to see most of u at the coming meeting!!! ^^
